Dr Dean
Dr Dean has spent the last 8 years successfully building one of the largest chiropractic patient bases in the United Kingdom, seeing everyone from working class heroes, pregnant mums and babies, families and high-profile celebrities and sportspeople. Dean has attended a wide range of chiropractic courses, and this combined with over 10 years’ experience allows him to adapt his approach to suit every individual need. Dean is extremely passionate about connection in all aspects of life. Whether this be through chiropractic – connecting your mind and body to allow healing, connecting you to yourself, your family and community and helping you achieve your optimal health and wellness. He is a South African, water loving, nature spending, husband to Giselle (the other half of Connection Chiropractic) and father of their two boys. When not in the office, Dean is an unskilled but enthusiastic surfer, a jogger and has started a new love affair with Brazilian Jiu Jiutsu.
Dr Giselle
Dr Giselle spent 8 years refining her chiropractic skills in South Africa, Seychelles, Italy and the UK. She previously worked for a well-known chiropractic company in Berkshire alongside her husband, seeing clients from all different walks of life. After Giselle gave birth to her two boys in the comfort of their own home, she has become even more enthralled by the human body and its capabilities, and really believes every woman should be empowered and educated on the beautiful and natural process of pregnancy and birth. Giselle is currently doing the behind the scenes work at Connection Chiropractic, keeping her boys well adjusted at home, and at the same time studying more about pregnancy chiropractic and paediatrics. She can’t wait to start serving her Wokingham community! When she has a moment to herself, you’ll find Giselle doing some yoga, having a cold-water dip, or warming herself up with a cup of coffee!
Ursula Baxter
Chiropractic Assistant
Ursula understands the benefits of chiropractic first hand. She has been an athlete her entire life, and naturally experienced the injuries, pain and discomfort as a result. She started seeing Dr Dean 5 years ago, and thanks to him, his patience and tailor made care plans, Ursula is now back running again after thinking she was going to have to give up. When the opportunity came to work with Dr Dean in this new clinic she jumped, as this was a chance to help other people understand the benefits of chiropractic, the mind and body link, and give them the positivity and hope that Dr Dean and Giselle had given her.
